Refund and Returns Policy

RETURN POLICY

1.- Inspection at Pickup:

  • All plants must be inspected by the buyer (or their agent) at the time of pickup.
  • After inspection, by signing this Pickup Acknowledgment Form, you are stating that the plants were received in good condition.

2. Shipped Plant Warranty Policy:

  • We offer a limited 24-hour warranty from the time of delivery.
  • The warranty covers plants that are clearly diseased or damaged beyond transplant viability, and not due to transport or post-pickup handling.
  • After this window, no warranty is provided, as the condition of the plants becomes the buyer’s responsibility.

3. Exclusions from Warranty:

  •  No coverage for damage due to:
  • Improper handling or storage by the buyer
  • Environmental stress after pickup (e.g., heat, cold, dehydration)
  • Pest or disease issues that arise after the plants leave your facility
